đ Osho's contradictions in his discourses đ
Â
When Osho became a spiritual master, his discourses became a continuation of his debate prowess, but with a twist â he debated against himself đ¤ˇââď¸
One day, he would passionately advocate for a particular viewpoint, making us nod in agreement, thinking, "This is the ultimate truth! "
Yet, the very next day, he'd present a conflicting perspective with equal conviction, throwing our minds into a whirlwind of contemplation đ¤
This wasn't to confuse, but to enlighten.
By presenting contradictions, Osho was not just engaging our intellect; he was training it to see beyond the black and white, to understand the vast spectrum of lifeâs truths.
This method was a profound exercise in cognitive flexibility, nudging us to break free from the shackles of conditioned thinking and embrace a more expansive, enlightened perspective.

đ The Impact of Contradictory Teaching đ
Â
Through this dance of duality, Osho led us into a maze of contradictions, each turn and twist designed to expand our understanding and consciousness.
As we navigated through this labyrinth, we found ourselves not lost but more found, our brains harmonising logic and creativity, the masculine and feminine energies.
This led us towards seeking 'true intelligence' rather than chasing a singular narrative and belief.Â
In hindsight, what initially seemed like a confusing journey through Oshoâs discourses, evolved into a pathway to intelligence and true wisdom.
Â
đ A glimpse of Osho's contractions đ
Â
We are blessed by the fact that Oshoâs immense contribution to humanity is available to one and all as recorded discourses. Even though he is no longer in physical form, everyone can avail themselves of his teachings.Â
Here's a small glimpse of the contradictions in his discourses. Â
âI donât want to bring God in; I want to avoid God completely because it brings all kinds of lies behind it. Nobody has ever experienced any God. There is no evidence, no proof, no argument to support it. It is an absolutely useless hypothesis â not only useless, but immensely harmful, because so much bloodshed has happened because of the name God. It is time that we forget the word and start using something else fresh.â
From Osho's discourse, 'Hari Om Tat Sat'
Â
âIf you eat, eat with love, because what you eat is God. If you walk, walk with love; because you are walking on Earth, sacred ground. If you bathe, do it with deep devotion, with love and respect for your body, since this is not your body, it is the body of God; it is His temple. So, the little things in life that had no meaning will begin to have immense value. And when the little things start to have meaning, they are no longer small: you turned them into big things. It's up to you to live a small and insignificant life, or a great life.â
