Very strange since we’re not even allowed to ship in our recommended qty… Please fix your capacity issues and be transparent with all of us. We normally ship 10x the amount of inventory. We’re now shipping low quantities every week, which is killing our margins. This gets passed to the consumer. Which means, the consumer loses

Sent 700 units to LAS1 on August 4 (delivered date), and it was checked in yesterday Sept 29th

Umm. If I send in more today, it should be checked in early December, then distributed to the FC, and ready just in time for Christmas Returns…

Amazon is a disaster

Can you please check in the boxes I currently have at FBA? They’ve been sitting there for the last month or so now.

How can we prepare for Christmas or grow?

Our max stock decreases each week despite having an IPI over 700 and increasing sales each month.

Sea freight from china takes 40 days from the warehouse to the FBA center. Why on earth is stock on the sea counted as part of the limit??? You are taking the efficiency out of any business that tries to operate efficiently by sending stock by sea!

Is it to make us take part in the new STAR project where you offer unlimited storage but must use Amazon GLobal logistics? Clearly, there is enough storage if you can offer unlimited storage by opting into this program.

These stock limits are crippling businesses unnecessarily with no information or long term plan being published by Amazon to sellers. We clearly are bottom of the barrel with no regard at all for sellers

Again it must be asked: Will you be raising or eliminating FBA inventory limits so that we can do the thing you’re recommending in this news article?

Do the folks coming up with these holiday deadlines have any idea how long it takes to get a shipment received through FBA? Who are these people and do they have a pulse on FBA reality? We have shipments showing as “in-transit” in Amazon weeks after our tracking information shows it was already received, and then sitting there for a month waiting to get checked in and received. Getting shipments to FBA by the deadlines given will guarantee they will be there in time for after-Christmas sales. Happened to us last year and not much has changed. Had it not been for supply chain issues, we had planned on shipping our Christmas items in June/July. Hoping for a better year next year.

Ha ha ha ha haaaaa haaaa!!

You won’t even let me send in the quantities of product you are CURRENTLY recommending, let alone a surge for holidays. FBA is an unreliable mess.

We cannot prepare for anything as the unit capacity you are giving out is too low.

We have kept our IPI above the minimum for the entire year.

We are a Christmas business and have about 60% of the unit capacity we need.

We cannot get anything in early as there is no way to.
